Leadership Launchpad: Blast Off to a Career

In April 2024, CareerConfidence delivered a keynote address to University of California, Riverside (UCR) students, focusing on authentic professionalism. The presentation emphasized the importance of embracing one's true self in the workplace while navigating the evolving professional landscape. Drawing from personal experiences as a first-generation Latina, I shared insights on overcoming challenges and fostering a sense of belonging in professional environments.
